Juicy Beer Can Chicken From Your Oven Or From Your Outdoor Grill
One of the reasons some are hesitant to make beer can chicken is the difficulty in getting the chicken onto the can and stay upright. The cure for this complaint is this Bayou Classic 0880-CS, Stainless Steel Beercan ChickCAN Rack. You can use your favorite beer or soda in the rack, catch the drippings if you like, roast a beautiful four-pound chicken and never worry about it falling over. AND the price right now is one you cannot refuse. You can add it to your next Amazon order. It is too cheap to buy alone you could add this Sorbus Non-Stick Rib Rack to your order and get them both. We use this chicken rack on both the gas grill (with the rack set in a pan) and in the oven. Both of the items can be bought at your local grill store as well.
You will need a can of your favorite beer (no beer in the house? your favorite soda works fine (we like to use Sprite or 7up) Pour about half of the liquid in a 13 X 9 baking dish.
